We don't ship software and disappear. RRS has been on the ground for 10+ years — across FMSCI national championships and open / club meets in Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Coimbatore and beyond — running drag races, karting rounds, autocross, hill climbs and rallies.

The Indian motorsport landscape we work in

India runs serious motorsport — drag racing, karting, hill climbs, rallying, autocross, time attack, motorcycle racing, slalom, endurance and track days. The venues are real and demanding: Madras International Circuit (Chennai), Buddh International Circuit (Greater Noida), Kari Motor Speedway (Coimbatore), Meco Kartopia (Bengaluru), Taneja Aerospace airfield (Hosur). The organizers are diverse — national federations, championship promoters, OEM activation teams, regional clubs, college motorsport fests, drag-strip operators, karting circuits, hill-climb organizers and one-off promoter meets. RRS speaks all of these.

What a decade of operating taught us

  • Edge cases decide the weekend. Protests, weather delays, scrutineering re-checks, dropped rounds — these aren't rare events, they're every event. The platform has to assume them as default, not exception.
  • Multi-organizer coordination is its own discipline. When a championship round moves between cities and operators, the bottleneck isn't software — it's a single source of truth for entries, points and eligibility. We built around that.
  • Audience commerce is a parallel event. Ticketing, food POS, merch and stall bookings need to run alongside competition without ever pulling attention away from race control.
  • Reliability beats features. Organizers stay because results are out on time, payouts settle clean and the engine doesn't blink under load — not because of a feature list.
