What is Rehz Racing Software (RRS)?+
RRS is a motorsport event management platform built by Rehz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru, India — operating since 2015, originally as Widelimit. It powers registrations, ticketing, scrutineering, timing, paddock, parc fermé, championship points, and on-ground POS for motorsport events.

Motorsport organizers, federations, championship promoters, and circuits in India. Trusted by Vroom Motorsports since 2016, and powering the FMSCI Indian National Drag Racing Championship 4W (INDRC).
Which Indian cities does RRS operate in?+
RRS serves motorsport events across Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, Mumbai, Pune, Delhi NCR, Hosur, Goa, Ahmedabad, and beyond. We work pan-India.
I want to organize a motorsport event in India — do I need FMSCI sanctioning?+
Not always. FMSCI sanctioning is required for points-bearing national or regional championships, and for events that need FIA / FIM-recognized results. Club rounds, OEM activations, college motorsport fests, TSD rallies, track days and one-off promoter meets are routinely run as open / non-FMSCI events without sanctioning. RRS runs both — same engine, scoped to your event.
Can RRS run an FMSCI-sanctioned event?+
Yes. We have 10+ years of experience operating FMSCI events including national championships.
Does RRS power the Indian National Drag Racing Championship?+
Yes — RRS is the platform behind INDRC 4W, the FMSCI-sanctioned national drag racing championship for 4 wheelers, jointly organized by Vroom Motorsports (Bengaluru) and Speedway Motorsports (Hyderabad). All 2024 and 2025 rounds were held at Taneja Aerospace and Aviation Ltd, Hosur.
Can RRS handle multi-round championship series?+
Yes. Championship series management is a core offering — round-by-round registration, season points, dropped rounds, multi-organizer coordination.
Does RRS work with Madras International Circuit, Kari Motor Speedway, or Meco Kartopia?+
RRS is venue-agnostic — we can run events at any motorsport venue in India including MIC, Kari, BIC, Meco Kartopia and Taneja Aerospace airstrip.
How does RRS handle audience ticketing alongside third-party platforms?+
We work alongside major ticketing platforms. RRS reconciles tickets across channels, runs gate-scan, manages capacity, and produces unified reports.
What scale has RRS handled?+
Per event we have handled 635+ entries and 5,000+ audience tickets — at this scale consistently since 2016. Cumulatively over the years, more than 5,000 participants have registered and over 25,000 audience tickets have been sold via the RRS app and web.
Can I outsource race operations entirely to RRS?+
Yes — see our Managed Services. We act as your race operations team for a single event, a season, or a championship; you stay focused on production, sponsorship and storytelling.
How is RRS priced?+
Three flexible models — flat per-event fee, revenue-share/commission, or custom hybrids. We evaluate event scale, ticketing model, and partnership horizon together with the organizer.
Do you only work on FMSCI events?+
No. RRS runs sanctioned championships, club rounds, promoter meets and open events. FMSCI is one sanctioning body we've operated under (across INDRC and other championships) and the platform is built to plug into other sanctioning bodies and sporting codes worldwide — same engine, mapped to local regulations.
Does RRS work outside India?+
Yes. The same engine that runs sanctioned national events in India works for federations and series anywhere. We support international organizers via deployment of our platform, operating it in their colours, or building bespoke software for their regulations and formats.
We've never used event software before — where do we start?+
Start with a call. We'll scope your event, propose a model that works for your budget, and if you're new to event software we'll offer a pilot arrangement so you can see the engine in action before committing long-term.
We're outside India — can RRS work for our market?+
Yes. The platform is configurable for currency, language, tax, and your sanctioning body's regulations. We can support you remotely or deploy on-ground. The best first step is a scoping call — tell us the country, the format, and the calendar.
Do you offer platform licensing for international markets?+
