Do you sponsor events or co-organise championships?+
No. RRS is not a sponsor and not a co-organiser. We are hired for our expertise — to operate the day, write the format, run the crew, manage safety and protocol, and coordinate production via partners. The sponsorship and the organising rights stay with you (or your event partner). We get paid to execute, that's it.
Can you build a custom motorsport event for our brand?+
Yes — as a paid execution partner. Customer track days, dealer activations, media drives, ride-and-drives, employee track days, brand cup series. We scope the format, secure the venue, coordinate production via partners we have worked with for years, and run the day with a motorsport-grade ops team. The event is yours; we deliver the operations.
Where do you operate?+
Bengaluru is our home. We've operated events in Hosur, Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Greater Noida, Mumbai, Pune, Goa, Ahmedabad and across India. Travel and logistics are scoped into the engagement upfront.
Who handles production — tents, lights, AV?+
We coordinate it through partners we have worked with on motorsport events for years. RRS owns the safety standards, protocol and format; the production crew aligns to that. You get one point of contact for the whole event.
What does a brand walk away with?+
