Owners' clubs (single-brand and multi-brand) regularly run private track days for their members at India's main circuits. RRS is the paid operations partner for these days. We're not the club, we don't co-organise, and we don't take a sponsorship cut — we are hired to execute.
What this looks like in practice
Closed circuit, scrutineering, run groups by experience, instructor-led sessions for newer drivers, optional timing, paddock with secured parking, hospitality. RRS handles operations end-to-end; production goes via long-trusted partners.

Former F1 circuit. Used for high-end owners' club days when available.

National-level circuit. Used for technical, tighter-layout days.

India's original purpose-built circuit. Used for traditional owners' club days.
How to take part
Entry to owners' club track days is through club membership — contact the relevant owners' club directly. RRS does not run the membership side and cannot sign individual owners up to a club.
Who runs it (and where RRS fits)
Owners' clubs run the membership and the brand of the day. RRS runs the operations: format design, run groups, scrutineering, timing, paddock, parc fermé, gate, results. Production (lights, stage, AV, hospitality build) goes via long-trusted partners. NDAs supported, venue and gate confidentiality enforced.

Do you organise the club itself, or sell memberships?+
No. We are not a club, we don't run memberships, and we don't recruit members. We are a paid operations partner for clubs that already exist (or for an OEM building one). Brand and membership stay with the club.
